Helthy Eating

We have to eat vegetable, fish, fruits and some other healthy food. The diseases are diabetes, high blood pressure and some other sickness. They can prevent you from getting those diseases and make your body stronger. The benefits of fruits and vegetable are it keeps us away from diseases. Yes, they are delicious and also healthy. Yes, it will prevent pupils and teachers from getting sick and help us to have a habit too. Selling more fruits and vegetables.
